What are the delivery times in Firstheberg?
Our commercial service valid orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and on weekends occasionally. Any new customer account must be confirmed for security. At Firstheberg we are vigilant about the notes and don't accept files with incorrect information or intentionally false.
What payment methods are available?
You have the option to pay by different means of payment. CB, PayPal, check or bank transfer. Attention, payment by check and bank transfer are validated within 72 hours worked after receipt of the check and/or payment. You also have the option to pay by e-wallet. The e-wallet allows you to pre-pay for your products and you can also recharge by allopass in addition to conventional payment methods.
I renewed my product expired but it's still not reactivated, is this normal?
The reactivation of your product is automatic since your renewal has been validated. If after validation, your service is still not enabled, please contact support via support ticket .
