Control your server remotely with the iDRAC controller

An iDRAC controller (integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) with Lifecycle Controller is integrated into your M620 server.

It helps you deploy, update, monitor and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers with or without system management software agent. Being integrated within each server in the factory, the Dell iDRAC controller with Lifecycle Controller does not require any operating system or hypervisor to operate.

This agentless operation means that with OpenManage technology, your new server is ready to deploy a new operating system or accept new settings without having to install additional software. With its powerful, easy-to-use remote configuration and management options, the iDRAC controller with Lifecycle Controller can alert you when a problem occurs, wherever you are.

It allows streamlined remote and local server management. It reduces or eliminates the need for administrators to move to the server, even if it is not operational.
